These videos are intended to give you a general visual and audio guide to how things work at OBA and TEP.

Please use the videos as extra guidance, together with the instructions provided in your OBA and TEP back offices and this training site.


Each video is of 5 minutes duration or less and time does not permit showing you every detail, but I hope it will give you a good idea of how things work.  

User Tips:

1.  Turn on your computer's audio and ensure that the audio levels on your computer are set to your normal listening levels. If my voice is too soft or too loud, you may need to adjust the levels on your computer. 

2.   Click on the play button in the center of the screen. Please be patient as it takes
a few moments for the image and the play button to appear.  

3.   If you do not see the timer or download bar at the bottom of the screen after you click on the play button, mousing over the bottom of the video will make it appear.

4.   The audio download starts after you hit the play button on the screen. Please be patient. You may wish to download the first 2 minutes without listening, then use your  mouse to slide the counter back to start listening from the beginning. That way you will not experience too many pauses while the audio is buffering.

Any time the audio pauses while the download is buffering you can slide the counter back a bit to experience a more continuous playback.   If you play back a second time you should get a continuous flow without any pauses.



Video 1 is a basic introduction to the signup process at OBA and shows you how people sign up to join OBA and TEP.


Video 2 shows you what new customers experience when they log in to their back office for the first time and start the set up process.


Video 3 shows you some key aspects of the OBA account set up process.
