If you are searching for an opportunity that requires no learning or work, you won't find it as an OBA Business Owner.  I can hear you say: "I just want to find something that works."  The reality is that nothing works unless you are willing to develop and educate yourself and do the work.

OBA is a simple business (not easy, but simple). At its most fundamental level, it involves:

1. Making sure your  OBA and/or TEP back offices are set up properly.
2. Understanding how OBA and your chosen marketing system work.
3. Advertising and promoting, using effective marketing strategies (e.g. TEP or other)  
4. Communicating with and assisting your partners.

Unfortunately unscrupulous promoters want you to believe the hype that it's easy to earn online. Some will even promise to do it all for you so you can get rich while they do all the work and you sleep. Well, someone has to do the work..."the internet is not magic"!  

The average newbie joins a program, places referral links in a few traffic exchanges, surfs like crazy for little while, and when they don't make a sale in their first month or two, they claim it didn't work for them. 

Using the standard OBA or TEP pages that everyone else is using will get you started. However, realize that by personalising your marketing, and finding ways to stand out in the crowd, you will see more substantial results.

Importantly, you must master the marketing basics and lay the foundation before expecting results. Most people skip building the foundation, and throw up their business on shaky ground, and that is one sure recipe for disaster.

You can have unlimited OBA product sales, but how much and how fast will depend on your marketing skills and strategy. If you are looking to achieve a steady and increasing flow of passive "stacked income", OBA is the right place for you, but it's not going to happen overnight.  It takes time and persistence, but the rewards are worth the effort.

The system works but the reality is that some people don't do the work (take the time to plant the seeds) or they have unrealistic expectations about what it takes to earn an income from the internet. It's not their fault - they have been misled by the myth that it is easy to make money from the internet.  

They buy a dream, not a business. 

Be prepared to understand and accept that it will take some time and effort, especially in the beginning, to (1) learn everything you need to know about your business (2) to learn and use effective marketing skills (3) to manage the daily routine of your business and (4) to build your business to the point where it takes on a life of its own and will keep growing no matter what you do or don't do. 

Sure, it will be challenging and sometimes frustrating.  The question is: are you ready and willing to rise above that?

If you do everything you can to understand your business and approach it as a real business, and learn how to market your business and yourself effectively, and in turn, help your business partners to do the same, you will succeed. Fortunately, OBA has joined forces with the TEP marketing system and anyone who is able and willing to follow the steps can succeed.
