TE Profits (TEP) is a professional traffic exchange marketing system for generating leads, traffic and cash for your online business.

Creating your new TEP account

The red TEProfits link you will still see after setting up your OBA back office should no longer be used as it leads to the old site. This will be corrected by OBA Admin Dave in due course when his health permits.

Please contact your sponsor or next upline for their referral link to register at the new TEP membership site. You will find their contact information in your OBA back office under "Your Sponsor" menu option.

If you have joined in the first instance through the new TEP membership site, this will not affect you. However, if you are also promoting OBA sales pages directly, you will need to point your new OBA partners to the correct link for registering at the new TEP membership site.

Then follow the steps in the new TEP back office to set up your links in the marketing system.

You can now signup new members through your new TEP affiliate join link. Therefore, you will want to make sure all of your links, including your $5 Franchise link, are added into the TEP back office downline builder programs. You will find your links in your OBA and TEP back offices.

TEP and TrafficWave

TEP uses the TrafficWave autoresponder for email campaigns. The teprofits autoresponder campaigns have been pre-written and you will need to follow some basic steps to set up your email series in TrafficWave. TrafficWave offers a 30-day free trial.

If you had a TrafficWave Account when you joined OBA-TEP, you may add your existing referral link into the field provided inside the TEP member area. Otherwise, join TrafficWave from your sponsor's link.

TrafficWave allows you to have multiple accounts but requires a different username, email address, and payment processor with each account.

Advertising and Promotions

Make sure you are using the correct links in your promotions. Only the links provided in the new TEP membership site should be used.

Advertise your TEP squeeze and capture page links by surfing in traffic exchanges. Or you can buy traffic credits and assign them to your splash and lead capture pages. You can also extend your advertising to safelists and other advertising venues.

Your potential customers will opt in to your TrafficWave autoresponder series to receive the Free Traffic Report and follow-up messages.

In addition, you may post your TEProfits.com links in safelists and other marketing venues, including emails, and post your signature link in discussion forums where that is allowed, however, be sure to adhere to the following anti-spam guidelines.

However, you may NOT ever use mass 'blasters' that send out blanket emails to groups who have not agreed to receive email from the list.

To be safe, make sure it is a double opt in 'safe' list.

To protect your business, create and host your own landing pages to use in any email advertising, or use a splash page service such as InstantSplash and insert the link to the splash page in your email advertising.

Since the opening of the new TEP membership site, the TEP links ending in .net should no longer be used and will be phased out in due course. You may not use TEProfit.net links inside any emails.

TEP is more than just a marketing system...

...TEP is also a training site and a traffic and income builder, and offers free and optional Pro and Partner upgraded memberships, plus free bonuses.

If you do not use the splash pages, lead capture pages and followup email series (requiring TrafficWave), you can still benefit from the training and 'downline builder' aspects and earn commissions.

Free members can earn 25% commissions, pro members, 50% and partner members 75%.

If you do not use the TEP lead capture system, bear in mind that your future OBA-TEP partners may want to use the professionally prepared TrafficWave-TEP autoresponder series and will join the marketing resources through their TEP back office. You will want to have your links included so they join under your sponsorship.

Therefore, be sure to add your referral IDs into all of the links in your TEP back office downline builders even if you are not using TrafficWave.

the OBA and TEP back office?

Everything is optional. As a business owner, YOU make the decision of when to take your business to the next level.

It is your choice whether you can afford the extra benefits of being an upgraded member in any program. You can upgrade in TEP at any time, or you can be a free affiliate and still earn commissions.

The same applies to traffic exchanges. If your budget is tight, simply work them as a free member until your cash flow improves.

However, to use the TEP system, you must enroll in TrafficWave. After the initial 30-day free trial of TrafficWave, it will cost $17.95 a month for your subscription. With 3 paid members in your downline, your commission will offset your cost.
