TEP is a professional traffic exchange marketing system that works on autopilot to attract leads, traffic and cash for your business. TEP is integrated into your OBA back office. Using TEP is optional, though highly recommended.

Why should you use the TEP system instead of directly promoting your OBA sales pages?

Experience tells us that letting the TEP marketing system introduce people to OBA works better than directly advertising OBA sales pages. That is because it does so much more than just put a product for sale in front of someone. It offers a complete marketing solution.

TEP effectively builds your list, not someone else's, while you generate traffic credits and income from the system itself… even BEFORE anyone joins your primary business, whether that is OBA or some other business.

Setting up your OBA and TEP business

1. To access TEP, you must first set up your OBA account. (See OBA Setting Up)

2. After setting up your OBA account, use the red TE Profits link in your OBA back office to login to TEP. Your username and password for TEP is the same as for OBA. You will find free training materials and resources, and clear instructions for setting up your marketing system.

3. TEP uses the TrafficWave autoresponder, which is required if you intend to use the full features of the TEP marketing system. An autoresponder is an essential internet marketing tool. The autoresponder messages have been pre-written and you will only need to follow some basic steps to set up your system inside your TrafficWave back office. TrafficWave lets you start using its system on a 30-day free trial.

If you had a TrafficWave Account when you joined TEP or OBA, you may use it with TEP. Add your existing referral link in your TEP back office. If you wish to join TrafficWave under your OBA or TEP sponsor, please use the link inside your TEP back office.

TrafficWave allows you to have multiple accounts but requires a different username and email address with each account.

TEP is more than just a marketing system!

TEP is also a training site and a traffic and income builder. Members who do not use the system of splash pages, capture pages and followup email series (requiring TrafficWave) can still benefit from the training and 'downline builder' aspects.

It is important to appreciate that your future partners will be joining those marketing resources through their TEP back office and you will want to have your links included there so they join under your sponsorship.

Even if you choose NOT to join TrafficWave, you will benefit from using the TEP back office to read the training material and join the various traffic generation tools.

It is important to think about this from a business perspective, not from a consumer perspective: When you are ready, you can join TrafficWave just for the business generated (commissions) even if you do not use TrafficWave for list and lead management.

Be sure to add your referral IDs into the links and marketing resources sections, even if you are not a TrafficWave member.

4. Advertise your TEP squeeze and capture page links by surfing in traffic exchanges. You can also buy traffic credits and assign them to your target web pages. In addition, you can post your TEProfits.com links in safelists and other marketing venues, including emails, and post your signature link in discussion forums where that is allowed, however, be sure to adhere to the guidelines explained in the note below.

You MAY use the TEProfits.com links in "approved" email advertising, but you may NOT use the TEP.net link in any form of email advertising. Please also note:

You may NOT ever use mass 'Blasters' that send out blanket emails to groups who have not agreed to receive email from the list.

To be safe, make sure it is a double opt in 'safe' list.

To protect your business, create and host your own landing pages to use in any email advertising.

Your potential customers and partners will opt in to your TrafficWave autoresponder series and will receive the Free Traffic Report and follow-up messages.

5. Be sure to read Stacked Income. It explains the OBA business model and how you can expand your business (and your income) by applying solid real-world business principles that have stood the test of time.

EEKS! Do I need to join and upgrade in everything that is on offer in
the OBA and TEP back offices?

All the programs featured in the OBA back office, including the TEP system, are optional. As a business owner, YOU make the decision of when to take the next step in your business. Don't do anything that you cannot afford to do.

It is your personal choice whether you can afford the extra benefits of being an upgraded member in any program. You can upgrade at any time.

The same applies to traffic exchanges. If your budget is tight, simply work them as a free member until your cash flow improves.

However, to use the TEP system, after the initial 30-day free trial of TrafficWave, it will cost $17.95 a month for your subscription. With 3 paid members in your downline, your commission will offset your cost.
