Managing Your OBA-TEP Business

New customers are required to complete an order form to buy a $5 OBA product, and when they submit the form, it creates their OBA account.

Whether customers pay or not, the OBA server automatically sends an email inviting them to log in to their OBA back office. 

Even if they do not pay, or if they are not yet verified, they will still be able to login to their back office and completely set up their account.

However, without having access to the $5 products, an unverified account holder will not have resell rights to the OBA digital products and will not be able to proceed with their business (because they have no products to sell). However, they can still complete all of the setup steps while waiting for payment verification. 

Sellers can lock an unpaid account at any time.  Seller can check their progress tracker to ascertain what stage the customer has reached in the setup process. If the customer has completed the setup steps but has never paid the seller, the seller can lock the account until payment is received for the $5 product. Once paid, the seller must remember to unlock the account.

OBA business owners live in all parts of the world and, time zone differences aside, may not be sitting in front of their computers at the exact moment someone sends them a payment.

When customers visit the checkout page (after completing the above sales form) and pay for the product, the checkout page advises them that payment will be manually verified by the seller-sponsor.

The Manual Payment Verification [MPV] system is turned ON by default and OBA business owners can no longer turn it off (as was the case at one time).

When customers first log in to their
back office they are given a choice of four paths.  

Each path leads to different steps and different explanations are provided based on a person's expressed goals and expectations.  The four paths are:

Path 1.        Get product paid for - nothing else.
Path 2.        Get all OBA products and resale rights (included in the $5 purchase). 
Path 3.        Everything is included.
Path 4.        Use TEP system to earn through $5 Franchise to fund other expenses.

Customers who select the first path, product only, will gain access to the product they paid for (after their payment has been verified)--and that's it.  They must pick up the product by logging in to the back office, where they will find the download link.


The progress tracker in your back office will show Product Only customers at Step 0 in the set up process, which is the correct status if all they wanted to do was purchase an OBA p
roduct.  

Anyone can change their mind whenever they like by using the link in the left menu, "Review the Steps" and switch to a different path.
