It's simple, but not easy!  That's how I think of marketing on the internet.

If you haven't read the Internet Wealth Report, written by the Online Business Alliance owner Dave Gray, I recommend that you read it to understand what the internet can do for you, and what it cannot do for you.  If you are already an OBA member, you can access the report from your back office.

If you are not an
OBA member, you can click on the banner at the top of this page and get the report sent to you by email, one email each day for 7 days.

As Dave points out in his report, "the internet is not magic".  Contrary to the hype that we often come across in our travels across cyberspace, your computer will never turn into an ATM machine overnight, so don't believe it!

Sure you can earn money while you sleep, but only if you
do the work while you're awake.

OBA is an internet business selling digital products and AdSpace™ leases.

To have a successful internet business, you must bring visitors (potential buyers) to your sales webpages; a percentage of those visitors will buy a product;  a percentage of your buyers will choose to look at the business, and a percentage of those who look at the business opportunity will decide to "work" the business.

It's that simple.  No visitors = no customers = no business.

So the first thing you need to do is to get potential customers to visit your sales webpages. Without "traffic" or "visitors" or "viewers" or "prospects", you can't make sales.  The internet doesn't make you money.  You can earn money by selling products or services that people want. But they have to know about it before they can buy it.

OBA provides sales webpages and marketing tools in a similar way to an affiliate program, although the payment model is that of a franchise business.

You could say it is the best of both worlds: As a business owner you get the benefit of an affiliate marketing support system and the financial rewards of a franchise business.

Important Note About Email Advertising Campaigns:

You may NOT use any OBA-hosted sales page URLs (links) in emails, and that includes, safelists, solo-ads, or any other type of opt-in email lists, nor can you use forwarding and masking of OBA-hosted URLs (links) in any type of email advertising.

You may use OBA sales page referral links everywhere else on the net in advertising venues that do not involve emails, such as traffic exchanges, blogs, forum posting, and advertising sites that require users to log in and click on ads on the site itself.

If you wish to use email advertising that takes visitors to your OBA product sales pages, you MAY copy the OBA sales pages codes and set up the pages on your own domain and hosting. The link you would add inside any email must take the the visitor to your domain.  Here is an example of how I have set up my fivedollar page:

http://www.earningonlinetoday.com/fivedollar.html

You will see in your browser's address bar that you are  taken to my website domain (earningonlinetoday) and not to (onlinebusinessalliance).

If you have set up your TEP marketing system, you can simply use your TEP urls in traffic exchanges and other marketing venues.

The TEP urls that begin with teprofits.com can be used in double opt-in email marketing.  Click here to read about TEP and its guidelines for email marketing.

Read this post by Dave Gray about using the TEP system compared to directly advertising your OBA sales pages.
