That's how I think of marketing on the
internet.
Basically
the job you have as an internet marketer is to connect a consumer with
a product, specifically the right consumer with the right
product. The product can be your own, or someone else's.
To sell successfully online, you must bring visitors (potential buyers) to your sales webpages. It's that simple. No visitors = no customers = no business. So the first thing you need to do is to get potential customers to visit your sales webpages. Without "traffic" or "visitors" or "viewers" or "prospects", you can't make sales. The internet doesn't make you money. You can earn money by selling products or services that people want. But they have to know about it before they can buy it. There are many ways to get traffic. Search Engine Optimization, link backs, blogging, advertising on various types of advertising sites, email marketing, article marketing, and the list goes on and on. TEP Marketing uses traffic exchanges and safelists as the core of its marketing system. |
