Below are links to sample letters to help you communicate with your customers and partners.

Do not put links to other businesses in your signature. Your customers and future business partners will not think you are serious about OBA or TEP if they see you are trying to sell them something else.

Sample 1 - Welcome email

Sample 2 - Customer is on your list, but you have not received payment

Sample 3 - Customer is not on your list, but you have received payment

Sample 4 - Customer is on your list, you have received payment, but customer has not started the account setup process.
